I received this watch for Christmas from my husband and kids, after looking into a few different watches I settled on Tag for their name, style and waterproof-ability (not a word). The face is bulky, about 8mm thick, and I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it for very dressy occasions, so I bought a dress watch, with only a 5mm thick face. The watch is extremely waterproof, which is a plus, but it needs to have its battery changed by the manufacturer to assure the waterproof seal. If you want to have only one expensive watch, this may not be the right one. Plus, you will not have the watch for several weeks while it is shipped back and forth. I have owned this watch for 5 years, but received it as a gift and it was not purchased at Amazon. The watch came in excellent condition and is beautiful.
